Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Previous bartending or bar support experience preferred
  • TAM card required before starting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable and able to apply feedback
  • Fun and friendly attitude

Job Duties

  • Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
  • Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
  • Support bartenders with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
  • Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
  • Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down
  • Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keep updated check in front of guests at all times
  • Learn something new everyday
