Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Previous bartending or bar support experience preferred
- TAM card required before starting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and able to apply feedback
- Fun and friendly attitude

Job Duties
- Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- Support bartenders with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down
- Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep updated check in front of guests at all times
- Learn something new everyday
