Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- excellent customer service skills
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- knowledge of bar equipment and beverage supplies
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock for accuracy
- prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices and store backup supplies properly
- assist bartender in stocking supplies including paper products, straws, glassware, ice, and produce
- transport taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- maintain cleanliness of bar areas and storage in compliance with codes
- check and reconcile stock deliveries with written requisitions
