Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen prep experience is required
- previous experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel industry preferred
- has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification and RBS training required
- 21 years of age or older
- able to work Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- basic math skills or ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with daily service
- maintain overall bar cleanliness
- prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
- wash and organize glassware
- retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
- clean as part of opening and closing duties
