Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification and RBS training
- previous kitchen prep experience
- able to work Tuesday Friday and Saturday
Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen prep experience is required
- previous experience as barback or barista is preferred
- strong attention to detail
- able to follow directions
- basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
- good interpersonal skills
- has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification and RBS training
- 21 years of age or older
- able to work Tuesday Friday and Saturday
Job Duties
- assist bartenders with daily service
- maintain overall bar cleanliness
- prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
- wash and organize glassware
- retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
- clean as part of opening and closing duties
