Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work seasonal hours from September 17, 2025, to January 17, 2026
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctuality and dependability
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous barback, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physically able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
- Knowledge of basic bar operations a plus
Job Duties
- Restock alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed
- Change kegs, replace CO2 tanks, and assist with product setup
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and free of debris throughout shifts
- Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and basic drink prep
- Remove trash, empty bins, and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Support bartenders and managers in maintaining efficient workflow
- Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
