Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during festival season
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items regularly
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Reliable transportation to venue locations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous barback, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
  • Knowledge of basic bar operations a plus

Job Duties

  • Restock alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed
  • Change kegs, replace CO2 tanks, and assist with product setup
  • Keep bar areas clean, organized, and free of debris throughout shifts
  • Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and basic drink prep
  • Remove trash, empty bins, and ensure recycling protocols are followed
  • Support bartenders and managers in maintaining efficient workflow
  • Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
