Job Duties
- Stock and replenish beer, liquor, wine, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, shelves, sinks, and equipment
- Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and refilling ice bins
- Collect and wash glassware and utensils throughout shifts
- Remove trash and recyclables as needed to keep the bar area organized
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure fast and efficient service
