Job Duties
- Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies
- assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and keeping stations organized
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, shelves, equipment, and sinks
- collect and wash glassware and bar tools throughout the shift
- remove trash and recyclables regularly to keep the bar area safe and clean
- follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- provide support during high-volume service to ensure efficiency
