Job Requirements
- adhere to dress code policies during shift
- perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service
- ensure immediate response to guest comments and concerns and inform supervisor
- maintain adequate supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
- ensure beverage and ice dispensers, cabinets, and serving areas are stocked
- replenish supplies of food and equipment at service bars and satellite service stations
- stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, replace empty beer keg
- set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies
- scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry to kitchens for cleaning
- clean tables, counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas and mop and vacuum floors
- wash glasses and serving equipment at bars
- clean up spilled food, drink, broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- serve ice water, coffee, and standard appetizers to patrons
- ensure open communication lines with all departments and upper management
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety
- ensure equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition
- maintain awareness of safety issues
- keep abreast of safety and emergency procedures and OSHA requirements
- attend relevant meetings
- adhere to all standards of operations, policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, memos, and verbal instructions
- perform different functions as needed to exceed customer expectations
Job Qualifications
- six months related experience in hospitality or service industry
- ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
- strong communication skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
