Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Availability to work AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must comply with company and regulatory standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable and adaptable
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Previous barback experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock for accuracy
- Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling garnishes and fruits
- Mix and pour juices and store backup supplies in prescribed containers
- Assist the bartender with stocking and maintaining bar supplies including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- Transport taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas in compliance with various codes
