Job Duties

  • Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
  • Assist with ice retrieval, garnish preparation, and bar setup
  • Support opening and closing bar procedures
  • Assist bartenders during peak service periods to ensure timely guest service
  • Clear used glassware and barware promptly
  • Maintain awareness of bar flow and guest volume
  • Respond quickly to bartender requests
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
  • Rotate product and follow proper storage procedures
  • Assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries
  • Support inventory counts as needed
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and support staff
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Accept coaching and feedback to support development
  • Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior leadership
  • Maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
