Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • food and alcohol service certifications required
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills and physical stamina
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • food and alcohol service certifications required

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
  • assist with ice retrieval, garnish preparation, and bar setup
  • support opening and closing bar procedures
  • assist bartenders during peak service periods to ensure timely guest service
  • clear used glassware and barware promptly
  • maintain awareness of bar flow and guest volume
  • respond quickly to bartender requests
  • monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
  • rotate product and follow proper storage procedures
  • assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries
  • support inventory counts as needed
  • work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and support staff
  • maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • demonstrate urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
  • accept coaching and feedback to support development
  • follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
  • maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior leadership
  • maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
