Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- food and alcohol service certifications required
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and physical stamina
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- food and alcohol service certifications required
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
- assist with ice retrieval, garnish preparation, and bar setup
- support opening and closing bar procedures
- assist bartenders during peak service periods to ensure timely guest service
- clear used glassware and barware promptly
- maintain awareness of bar flow and guest volume
- respond quickly to bartender requests
- monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
- rotate product and follow proper storage procedures
- assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries
- support inventory counts as needed
- work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and support staff
- maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- demonstrate urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
- accept coaching and feedback to support development
- follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior leadership
- maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
