Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior barback or similar hospitality experience preferred
- capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

- strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Work with bartenders to restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- finesse the menu to gain knowledge about activities, food, and bar menus
- execute beverage production according to Shorty’s specifications and recipes
- accommodate guest requests and suggestions
- ensure every guest leaves satisfied and connect them to a manager when needed
- assist bartenders and servers with bussing and cleanup, including cleaning spills and maintaining cleanliness
- prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws
- work with a safety mindset regarding food safety, potential hazards, and allergy policies
- live the company’s core values including standards, hospitality, ownership, respect and responsibility, trust, teamwork, and self-awareness
- report to the Manager on Duty
