Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming badge
  • Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license (ABLE)
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of guest service principles and processes
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Mature judgment and professionalism
  • Ability to understand and follow orders
  • Ability to understand written information

Job Duties

  • Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the bartender
  • Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed
  • Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly
  • Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs
  • Replenish ice at the bar
  • Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment
  • Prepare food items for drink preparation
  • Manage trash pickup and disposal
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
  • Review procedures to improve service and safety
