Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a gaming badge
- Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license (ABLE)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of guest service principles and processes
- Good oral communication skills
- Mature judgment and professionalism
- Ability to understand and follow orders
- Ability to understand written information

Job Duties
- Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the bartender
- Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed
- Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly
- Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs
- Replenish ice at the bar
- Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment
- Prepare food items for drink preparation
- Manage trash pickup and disposal
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Review procedures to improve service and safety
