Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must be able to obtain a Gaming badge
  • must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE)
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of guest service principles and processes
  • good oral communication skills
  • mature judgment and professionalism
  • ability to understand and follow orders
  • ability to understand written information

Job Duties

  • Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the bartender
  • maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed
  • wash glasses and serving equipment promptly
  • stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs
  • replenish ice at the bar
  • clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment
  • prepare food items for drink preparation
  • manage trash pickup and disposal
  • maintain personal health and sanitation standards
  • review procedures to improve service and safety
