- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items

Job Qualifications
- Previous barback experience in high-volume restaurant or lounge
- Basic beverage knowledge
- Professional demeanor and sense of urgency
- Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock accuracy
- Prepare bars by cutting garnishes and mixing juices
- Assist bartenders by stocking and maintaining bar supplies
- Transport taps and maintain beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and storage areas
- Support bartenders during peak service times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
