Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- previous barback or bar service experience preferred
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong teamwork abilities
- basic knowledge of beverage service
Job Duties
- keep the bar stocked and clean
- assist bartenders in providing necessary support to ensure prompt and friendly service
- stock liquor, beer, ice, wine and glassware throughout the shift
- maintain a clean and organized bar
- put away liquor and beer orders if applicable
- prepare fruit and make scratch recipes if applicable
