Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality experience
- previous bar-backing experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to move quickly
- ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- good verbal and written communication skills
- maintain confidentiality
- ability to work in a noisy, crowded, and sometimes smoky environment
- adherence to company grooming standards

Job Duties
- stock and restock all bar inventories and supplies while maintaining bar organization
- assist bartenders and cocktail servers in guest service
- anticipate and accommodate guest needs in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness of bar, bar area, and venue
- follow supervisors instructions and support team members
- possess general knowledge of food and beverage menus and company policies
- comply with health and sanitation standards
