Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have six months experience in food and/or beverage field
  • Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License upon hire
  • Ability to lift at least 150 lbs
  • Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and overtime
  • Must comply with attendance policy
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling with fingers, finger dexterity, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, seeing, walking, sitting, standing, stooping, and talking

Job Qualifications

  • Must have at least six months experience in food and/or beverage service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to use POS systems and handle cash accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and team members
  • Detail oriented with focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ability to maintain high personal hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Check and maintain bar and casino floor equipment such as ice machines, refrigerators, chillers, and glass washers
  • Clean bar equipment and replenish supplies like liquor, beer, fruit, ice, cups, napkins, and glassware
  • Stock refrigerating units using FIFO system and replace empty kegs and soda bibs safely
  • Wash glasses, bar tops, back counters, polish fixtures, mop floors, and remove trash
  • Complete computer assisted training and temperature logs timely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue including trash removal and power washing carts and mats
  • Assist coverage for bartenders and servers during breaks
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally
  • Prepare drinks with proper portions and presentation
  • Serve food items as required
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and check patrons’ identification
  • Participate in pre-shift and daily meetings for communication and updates
  • Accurately handle cash and operate Point-Of-Sale systems
  • Report product shortages and equipment issues to supervisors
  • Follow established health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Ensure punctual and regular attendance according to the attendance policy
