- Food Handler's card required
- high school diploma preferred
- energetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual
- must be able to speak and comprehend English

Job Duties
- Support the serving staff
- set up bar and bar area according to standards
- keep restaurant and bar organized and clean
- set up trash cans, soda, plates, utensils, and to-go containers at start of shift
- pick up soiled plates and beverages and place into bus tubs
- ensure full bus tubs get brought back into the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- set up heat lamps or umbrellas per guest request
- complete closing duties including restocking items, turning off lights
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- speak with others using clear and professional language
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- effectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of house employees
- be responsible for cleanliness of immediate work area as well as general property
- subscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards
- be courteous to all guests and coworkers
