Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+ years of age
- possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members
- knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names
- knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnish, cutting, and presentation
- proper lifting techniques, inventory, and stock rotation
- entry level of high-volume bar, restaurant, and nightlife operations
- ability to withstand high and low temperatures in indoor and/or outdoor areas
- ability to work in noisy, hot, cold or small areas
- ability to perform tasks from non-sitting and sitting positions
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds
- ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
- constant contact with guests and team members
- schedule may exceed 30 hours per week with approved overtime
- flexible to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, excessive noise, strobe lights, and stress in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine brand names
- knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnish, cutting, and presentation techniques
- ability to access and operate business communication applications
- entry-level experience in high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightlife operations
- ability to perform professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- ability to recognize intoxication signs and maintain guest safety
Job Duties
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating throughout the work area
- provide professional and friendly guest services
- adhere to all TC Restaurant Group Standard Operating Procedures
- keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, ashtrays, and trash
- keep back bar clean and organized
- complete nightly, weekly, opening, running, and closing duties
- maintain opening and closing liquor, beer, wine, and consumables par
- ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items
- clean all spills and waste immediately
- sweep and mop as needed
- place all trash in proper receptacles
- assist with loading and unloading of equipment, boxes, food, and beverage products
- ensure stocking is complete and report any shortages
- polish and wash glassware continuously
- prepare all mixes and garnishes
- recognize and acknowledge intoxicated or potentially intoxicated guests
- monitor potentially disruptive guests and report to management
- comply with all safety and health department procedures and company policies
- comply with all state and federal liquor laws
- report incidents of theft, vandalism, violations, or guest complaints
- perform other related duties as assigned
