Job Requirements

Teamwork and a great attitude are required
Must have flexible availability
Weekends and holidays required
Be able to move a minimum of 100 lbs (kegs)
Must possess a guest first mentality
Must possess strong communication skills
Be ready to provide a premium experience in a fun, clean, and safe environment
Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume venue
Must possess the desire to make memories by exceeding guest expectations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous barback or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Stock bottles, ice, cups, change kegs, and other bar necessities throughout the night
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Support bartenders to ensure efficient service delivery
Handle high-volume tasks while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
