Job Requirements
- One to two years experience in restaurant environment, preferably in busser/runner, or barback position
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed with flexible schedule
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods and work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in warm and cold climates, in high places, on wet surfaces
- Exposure to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
- Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts and lift truck traffic

Job Duties
- Help the bartender set up the bar for service including getting ice and setting up service wells
- Slice and prepare garnish ensuring there are backups
- Restock the bar with beer rotating products with cold beer in front and new stock in back
- Heat cider, water, and tea for hot drinks and refill during service
- Ensure all necessary items and backups are available at the bar for the shift
- Stock other bar items such as lemonade and bar towels
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar before opening and during service
- Wash and buff glasses and return them to correct places
- Change liquor bottles when needed and recycle empty bottles
- Prepare fresh squeezed juices and syrups for smooth service
