Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to perform well under pressure
- possess basic math skills
- have legible handwriting
- work well in a team
- demonstrate strong verbal and customer service skills
- frequently able to lift carry deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50lbs
- high volume experience is a must
- u.s. work authorization required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in barbacking or bussing is an advantage
- strong customer service and oral communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic math skills
- experience working in a high volume setting is a must
Job Duties
- restock liquor mixers and garnishes behind bar
- perform bussing duties such as clearing empty cups and trash from bar top
- use downtime to check with guests fill waters and attend to overall restaurant needs
- maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of bar
- ensure bartenders are equipped with clean glassware at all times
- maintain table setting by removing courses as completed replenishing utensils refilling water glasses and being alert to customer needs
- create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
