Job Duties
- Prepare the bar for service by organizing and stocking wine, beer, and liquor
- prep fresh juices, garnishes, and mixers
- ensure the bar area is clean and orderly
- restock essential supplies such as glassware, napkins, straws, and ice throughout the shift
- support bartenders by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown duties
- receive and organize beverage deliveries
- maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas
- clear used glassware and wipe down bar surfaces
- reset the bar for incoming guests
- empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and ready for use
- collaborate with bartenders and team members for efficient service
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
