Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role or high-volume environment
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Authorized to work legally in the US
Job Qualifications
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferably in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass company exams with 90 percent or better in food and beverage and training modules
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and bar operations is preferred
- Ability to multitask and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Greet and respond to all guests with a genuine friendly greeting and goodbye
- Guide and educate guests on the brand and assist in tournament play
- Build rapport with guests and communicate requests actively
- Ensure bathroom checks are completed and coat check is organized
- Maintain and sanitize gaming equipment and ensure all game technology functions properly
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance on venue equipment
- Report for shifts punctually in proper attire and follow health and safety guidelines
