Job Requirements
- full-time availability
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy items
- basic knowledge of bar operations preferred
- willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- strong organizational skills
- passion for hospitality and customer service
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- support bartenders in daily operations
- restock bar supplies and inventory
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- assist in setting up bar before service
- help with glassware washing and polishing
- ensure prompt response to guest needs at the bar
- collaborate with FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow
