Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or supportive role
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification if applicable
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Capacity to learn and present product, menu, and allergy information
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn restaurant point-of-sale system
  • Preferred experience with inventory and invoicing software
  • Dedication and passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification if applicable
  • Ability to learn and retain product, menu, and allergy information
  • Knowledge or ability to learn restaurant point-of-sale system
  • Proficiency with restaurant inventory and invoicing software preferred
  • Strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
  • Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Check service stations and tables for cleanliness and proper setup
  • Assist restaurant dining services when necessary
  • Perform all sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar
  • Follow uniform and grooming specifications
  • Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beverages
  • Clean shelving, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
  • Unpack deliveries, stock bar, and change beer kegs
  • Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
