Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in hospitality or supportive role
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification if applicable
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to learn and present product, menu, and allergy information
- Familiarity or willingness to learn restaurant point-of-sale system
- Preferred experience with inventory and invoicing software
- Dedication and passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification if applicable
- Ability to learn and retain product, menu, and allergy information
- Knowledge or ability to learn restaurant point-of-sale system
- Proficiency with restaurant inventory and invoicing software preferred
- Strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests
- Check service stations and tables for cleanliness and proper setup
- Assist restaurant dining services when necessary
- Perform all sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar
- Follow uniform and grooming specifications
- Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beverages
- Clean shelving, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
- Unpack deliveries, stock bar, and change beer kegs
- Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
