Job Requirements
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work outdoors majority of the shift
- open availability including weekends and holidays
- valid Arizona Food Handlers License preferred
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in barback or similar hospitality role is a plus
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- familiarity with food safety standards preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure bars are fully stocked
- assist bartenders with maintaining cleanliness and organization
- communicate effectively with team members
- lift and carry moderate amounts of weight
- stand for long periods during shifts
- work outdoors for majority of the shift
