Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensure bartenders have clean towels, glassware, and supplies
- Deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest areas
- Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Check taps and appliances for proper functioning and change kegs
- Keep bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing coolers, and emptying trash receptacles
