Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
  • Ensure bartenders have clean towels, glassware, and supplies
  • Deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest areas
  • Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
  • Check taps and appliances for proper functioning and change kegs
  • Keep bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing coolers, and emptying trash receptacles
