Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
- replenish ice, napkins, straws, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and equipment
- collect and wash used glassware and return to the appropriate storage areas
- remove trash, empty bottles, and used bar materials promptly
- assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing the bar for service
- provide courteous and professional interaction with guests when needed
