Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
  • food handler and responsible alcohol service certifications required
  • previous experience in barback or restaurant roles preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • completion of required assessment after application submission

Job Duties

  • Stock and restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
  • keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational throughout service
  • assist bartenders during peak volume to ensure fast, efficient service
  • remove glassware, trash, and recycling promptly
  • help maintain cleanliness and safety behind the bar
  • follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
  • assist with maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
