Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- food handler and responsible alcohol service certifications required
- previous experience in barback or restaurant roles preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- completion of required assessment after application submission

Job Duties
- Stock and restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
- keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational throughout service
- assist bartenders during peak volume to ensure fast, efficient service
- remove glassware, trash, and recycling promptly
- help maintain cleanliness and safety behind the bar
- follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
- assist with maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
