Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience preferred
able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
ability to perform under stressful conditions
able to work in a smoking environment
effective communication skills both written and verbal
ability to multitask and complete tasks with minimal supervision
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights
able to handle cash correctly
maintain accuracy of supplies and track backorders
maintain interpersonal working relationships
available to work when needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience preferred
ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
demonstrated interpersonal skills
effective communication skills
ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
cash-handling ability
knowledge of inventory management and product rotation
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights

Job Duties

Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar outlets
deliver, maintain, stock, and clean Food & Beverage venues
assist in setting up or breaking down functions as needed
rotate products using First In, First Out method
maintain inventory and order stock on a bottle-for-bottle basis
work with communication devices such as telephones and two-way radios
interact with guests to maintain great guest relations
ensure all beverages are prepared with approved recipes and proper garnishes
assist Food and Beverage Supervisor with inventory control and product rotation
maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
perform routine daily inventory
deliver requisitions timely
demonstrate prompt and efficient service
complete special functions as directed by leadership
manage time effectively and respond promptly to in-house radio
maintain equipment standards and report malfunctions
adhere to department training standards and sanitation guidelines
perform other duties as assigned
