Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- three to six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment
- provide exceptional service to all guests
- able to multitask and handle equipment
- must have manual coordination to grasp items in hand and to balance and carry large trays loaded with glassware
- able to read, speak, and understand English
- communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests

Job Duties
- Set-up bar area for operation
- perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- ensure that the bar area is always kept clean including cleaning the bar area at the end of the shift
- stock glassware and product
- assist bartenders by ensuring adequate stock of condiments and juices
- assist in the completion of liquor requisitions and supply lists
- perform all side work duties
- other duties as assigned
