Job Duties
- Maintaining bar cleanliness during and after service
- stocking and restocking bar products during and after service
- assisting bartenders with service
- assist in bar station set up, break down, and maintenance
- greet guests, start and close tabs
- prep juices, syrups, batches, etc for service
- rotate stock for maximum freshness
