Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain high service standards as outlined in Invited F&B service training programs
- Oversee food and beverage service ensuring members and guests are served promptly and attentively
- Manage complex service issues or last-minute changes
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of à la carte menu and daily specials
- Guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with management to assign duties ensuring timely and efficient task completion
- Lead by example ensuring smooth communication and seamless service
- Organize and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations
- Support management in addressing member or guest complaints practicing good service recovery
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by F&B Director or leadership
