Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
Job Qualifications
- Fluent and literate in English
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Acts as a role model to other team members and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's Resort Southern California and encourages others to do the same
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station
- Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
- Assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests
- Assists the bartender during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring drinks depending on assigned station
