Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- nevada alcohol awareness card required
- minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and move intermittently for most of the shift
- must maintain proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards
- comply with grooming standards and appearance policies
Job Qualifications

- minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
- previous barback or fine dining experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
- adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
Job Duties
- practice and promote company culture and service standards
- maintain a clean, stocked and organized bar, lounge, and dining area
- verify par levels and report shortages or needs to management
- communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
