Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for most of the shift
- Must adhere to all grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment, barback and/or fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to lift frequently up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining portion control, safety, health, and service standards
Job Duties
- Practice and promote Atlantis Casino Company-wide culture and Service Standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized bar, lounge, dining area, and side station including glassware, garnishes, condiments, and dry goods
- Verify par levels for all products and equipment needs within the designated work area at the beginning of each shift and report shortages to management
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- Follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Perform other assignments as directed by management
- Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and balancing safely
