Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift moderate amounts of weight

Job Qualifications

  • must be able to work PM shifts holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks including garnishes mixers and glassware
  • refill ice bins stock supplies and replenish beverage ingredients
  • prepare and maintain cleanliness of bar tools and equipment
  • clean and sanitize bar areas including countertops sinks and floors
  • wash and store glassware utensils and bar equipment
  • ensure bar area is organized and clutter-free
  • provide prompt and courteous service to guests assisting with needs and requests
  • communicate effectively with bartenders and staff to ensure smooth bar operations
  • adhere to health safety and hygiene standards and regulations
  • follow proper procedures for handling and storing food and beverage items
  • work closely with bar team to support daily operations and contribute to positive team environment
  • assist with training new bar staff and provide guidance as needed
  • demonstrate positive attitude willingness to learn
  • be reliable punctual and team-oriented
