Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks including garnishes mixers and glassware
- Refill ice bins stock supplies and replenish beverage ingredients as needed
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness of bar tools and equipment
- Clean and sanitize bar areas including countertops sinks and floors
- Wash and store glassware utensils and bar equipment
- Ensure that the bar area is organized and free of clutter at all times
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests assisting with their needs and requests
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth bar operations
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards and regulations
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food and beverage items
- Work closely with the bar team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment
- Assist with training new bar staff and provide guidance as needed
