Job Duties
- Request pick verify and put away all requisitions for liquor wine beer juices soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas
- Stock the bar areas with liquor wine beer juices soft drinks glassware and condiments
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
- Ensure that all side opening and closing duties are completed
- Adopt a positive approach in dealing with guests problems and issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
