Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure bar is well stocked with all necessities
- Check taps and appliances
- Change out kegs
- Know cocktail recipes and menu items
- Communicate with guests and handle customer concerns
- Maintain records to assist in the reordering process
- Follow storage protocol
