Job Requirements
- able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
- able to stand and walk for majority of the shift
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to reach overhead and bend frequently
- willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
- pass a drug and alcohol test within 90 days
- adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
- no use of illegal drugs or alcohol during shifts
Job Qualifications
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of bartending or related experience preferred
- knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and beverage recipes
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- good physical stamina for standing and lifting
Job Duties
- assist bartenders by stocking liquors and supplies
- clean and sanitize the bar area
- prepare garnishes for drinks
- ensure taps and appliances are functioning properly
- answer customer questions and engage attentively
- follow recipes and product instructions for batched beverages
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
