Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and varied shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach overhead
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to accept constructive criticism and follow management direction
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout shifts
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- At least one year of bartending or related experience
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail recipes
- Experience working in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to interact well with the public and team members
- Familiarity with customer service protocols and POS systems advantageous
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and restocking liquors
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
- Check taps and bar equipment for proper functioning
- Follow all customer service and cash handling procedures
- Engage with customers and answer questions politely
- Stand or walk for the majority of the shift
- Lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned to support bar operations
- Accept direction and constructive feedback from management
- Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude at all times
