Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
- TABC and food handler certified
- previous experience in fine dining restaurants preferred
- excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- passion for culinary arts and hospitality
- able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintains high knowledge regarding companys service standards and food and beverage offerings alike
- executes all shift cleaning duties and side work
- restocks the bar and back area throughout the shift
- polishes glassware and silverware to Credence standards
- delivers tabletop items in a timely and professional manner
- greets guests when approaching table and accurately delivers items at the request of the bartender or sommelier
- communicates any relevant messages to bartenders and or managers regarding guests requests needs
- sets up and breaks down workstation in accordance with department procedures and standards
- maintains adequate par levels of condiments, garnishes, and other related items
- ensures workstation is always organized and clean
- completes all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- complies with uniform standards
