Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to perform duties such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- ensure bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
- ensure bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- check taps and appliances to confirm proper working condition and change out kegs
- keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
