Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact effectively with coworkers to maintain company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English for communication with guests
- physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- availability to work all Yankee Stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant setting
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
- complete company-wide and job-specific safety training

Job Duties
- Provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request to ensure exceptional guest service
- stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate bartenders’ needs throughout the shift
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- report timely and prepared to start work at designated time
- adhere to company policies and operating standards
- ensure prompt and quality service delivery
- perform other related duties as assigned
