Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in food or beverage service preferred
- Ability to manage inventory and follow instructions
- Must be proactive and detail-oriented

- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar setup and breakdown responsibilities
- Begin shift earlier than bartenders to pull all items needed for bar
- Pull all products including alcoholic and non-alcoholic needed for each night’s event
- Get team and product organized for rollout to venue floor and setup
- Ensure all items are at the bar in time for event start
- Responsible for opening and closing inventory of product
- Assist bartenders with replenishment during shift
- Remain proactive in assisting bartenders with shortages
- Bussing and keeping bar free of trash and glassware during event
- Refill ice bins
- Perform other related duties as required
