Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items and perform cleaning duties
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible service practices
- strong customer service orientation
- must pass background check
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Checks equipment and reports problems to supervisory team
- operates and maintains equipment and utensils according to established guidelines
- cleans bar equipment and replenishes supplies
- stocks refrigerating units using FIFO rotation system
- replaces empty beer kegs and soda bibs using safe lifting techniques
- informs supervisor of additional products needed
- washes glasses, bar tops, and counters
- polishes bar fixtures
- mops floors and removes trash
- completes computer-assisted training timely
- maintains tables by removing empty glassware and clearing after guests depart
- attends pre-shift meetings about specials and service issues
- secures and stores all products properly
- upholds responsible alcohol service policies including ID checks
- serves food items as required
- completes incident documentation and temperature logs each shift
- maintains cleanliness of cash registers
- removes trash and cleans venue including power washing carts and mats
- performs cleaning tasks on casino floor equipment and storage areas
- replenishes supplies on casino floor
- participates in daily stand-up meetings
- puts away alcohol orders in absence of barback
- assists with coverage for bartenders and servers during breaks
- greets and welcomes guests professionally
- prepares drinks with proper portioning and ingredients
- presents drinks to guests or servers
- ensures punctual and regular attendance according to attendance policy
- performs other duties as assigned by management
